When using "solder sleeves"... do not "tin" the wire leads (or use pre-tinned leads) going into the sleeves. The solder in the sleeves seems to flow at a lower temperature than typical electrical solder. So with tinned leads, the sleeve solder will flow but not melt the solder on pre-tinned wire making for a bad connection. Just something I found when using the sleeves.

Hi Bigmo,
Had the exact same problem replaced to the pins coming from the oil sensor problem solved. Made sure everything was tightly secured I think Tecnam should have used a Fire and Water resistant connector! Exactly What Ed stated in a previous threadโฆ
