Tim, How much time did you spend with assembly? You could market these to all Light Sport owners Steve

OK I'll order the seatbelt tongues and put them together when they arrive, it only takes 20 or 30 minutes. Cost will be $12.50 plus shipping. I don't care to market them too much like work, but I don't mind making them for the P2008 guys on the forum that ask, there's not that many.
On the set I've made for my plane I'm going to put an extra strap from one rudder pedal up to the loop on one stick this will add an adjustment for allowing the elevator to be positioned either up or down. I'll let you know how it works out and you can decide if you want that or not.

I wonder if that would work with the Astore ... I have a ratchet strap but I haven't had the chance to use it... By the way Tim, thanks so much for stopping by Sebring during my delivery - it was great to meet you!
Cheers

I already had the webbing and ordered the adjustable plastic clips from Amazon (bag of 25), the seatbelt tongue's came from Ebay 2 for about $9.00 free shipping. I can make you a set if you want, I'll just have to order the seatbelt tongue's. I have a heavy duty sewing machine for the sewing. Tim Tim, looks like we have the same 912iS configuration including the panel with the Ingtegra. Anyway would love to get you to fab another gust lock. My 912iS is a wonderful machine in for the conditional and I've already done the sport and stator upgrades. The only things I am looking to do are gust locks and visors.

rainstorm, welcome to the form! I bought one of the Rosen ram mount visors and did NOT like it, very bulky and hard to position, seems to be in the way most of the time. I think in turbulence it could become a big problem, I kept the suction mount to use with my camera "works great" but threw the visor in my junk draw. Now I'm back to using large sticky notes.
I also got the Bruce sun shade for the interior, well worth the money!! I sewed a strip of 2 inch velcro on the sleeve and stuck the mating velcro to the rear deck so it's always right there when you need it.
I think I may have more parts for the gusset locks if you decide you need one, I also added a hook with adjusting strap that attaches to the rudder pedal pipe so the controls can be locked stick forward "elevator down position"

Hey Tim, I would love a gust lock with the elevator down position option. Do you have an extra I could buy?
