Come and join a great group of people for a fly-in in one of the most scenic areas of the World. See Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Zion and more! It's a casual affair with organization and direction for those who want it... or you are free to fly and explore as you wish. Besides flying, there's great hiking, boating, and many different tours. And we've arranged 36 Hotel rooms with a great rate! (Clarion Inn). All aircraft are welcome!

7Hello All,

Well I have to say the Page fly in was simply amazing! Page airport is an Exceptional airport! Great service, easy access to everything you need an then some. They had thirty five rooms Set up just for us ( how cool is that! ) tons to see and do. Lucy an I went to lower Antelope Canyon ( see pictures ) went hiking simply awesome! Then on to Monument valley about thirty minute Flt from page. We landed on Friday an left Sunday morning. Weather could not have been better 😊✅ I was hoping to see a few of you there? I was the only P-2008 there. One Tecnam Bravo the rest were CTLS 25 planes in all a pretty good showing. All CTLS guys were great we had a departure dinner Saturday night got to meet everyone! We really had a wonderful experience😊

Landing at Monument Valley,

Have to say this is a very intimidating airport to land at! UT25 There is no choice on which end of the runway to land NONE! It’s either 16 or find another airport and the worst part if you blow the approach you have a huge Mountain directly in front of you. I did five fly overs to get a since of wind direction, look closely at the terrain, try an see the wind sock ( which was shredded to the point I had to fly at a couple of hundred agl to see it no Awos ) I made one practice approach to get a feel for the rising terrain. Looked at Lucy an said well you ready for this? And she said are you ready lololol 😊✅ she shot a great video of the approach the link is below! The runway had lots of dips as you can see.....
