Does anybody know of any Tecnam document that notes, other than 68 knots, the maximum speed for lowering the first 15 degrees of flaps? I understand that the first 15 degrees can be lowered at a higher airspeed.

Montana check out the thread under P2008 called "P2008 Final Approach and Short Final" This might help...assuming Astore was treated the same as P2008.

Thanks for that, Buzz. I took a look at that, and there's a letter from Tecnam dated 2014 that states that takeoff flaps can be deployed up to the top of the green arc. I've also just received an e-mail from Shannon that has that letter attached.
