I own a 2017 Astore with a 914. I recently had a problem with rpm dropping off and engine running rough when I got up to 3100 rpm during the pre-takeoff ignition check and went through a whole process of diagnosing with my local shop and with Lockwood. Prior to that, the engine began running rough at about 300' during climbout at full power, smoothed when I reduced it a tad, and repeated the problem when I went back to full power. Since so many other Astore owners have the 914, I thought it would be helpful to let you know about that thread. It was initiated on the P2008 forum, so I just continued along with it there.
