Those of you that have the 914 Turbo and the G3X FYI the small battery next to the Odyssey battery PC545 is what Tecnam call’s the “buffer” battery. They installed this to prevent low voltage to the G3X system during engine start. The issue was happening upon the initial start of the engine the G3X screens would go blank because the starter was pulling so much amperage ( Totally Normal ) They installed this battery A512/2S Josh informed me that the Tecnam parts department should have them if you ever need one. This is a picture of what Josh sent me…….. I also looked the battery up they do sell it on the Net and is readily available ………… $15.00-$50.00 I figure if your changing out the PC545 cover all bases and change it as well…………..https://batteryinthecloud.com/products/sonnenschein-a512-2s-premium-replacement-battery
