I noticed the turbo P2008 has a three blade prop, and the P2010 has a two blade prop. Does the P2010 come with a three blade option?

Currently a three blade option does not exist. The first P2010 here in the USA we seen in the magazines had a fixed pitch MT prop. An MT two blade constant speed prop is available. I expect a high percentage of the 2010s sold will have the constant speed prop for the performance increase. Our demo P2010 has the constant speed prop and is reported to climb at close to 1000 feet per minute. I have not yet flown it myself.

The typical two bladed prop in low horsepower (piston) aircraft is almost always more efficient than a three bladed prop. Prop blades are added for a variety of reasons but it is likely that most aircraft owners switching from a two to three bladed prop are suffering performance for better looks.

Propper,
You're offering your observation as a generality. "A 3 blade performs worse than a 2 blade in low horsepower piston aircraft."
I have to disagree with PROPPER. Are you referring to climb or cruise performance? There are 2 flight regimes where prop efficiency is important but differs from the other: climb and cruise. Two blade props have been standard on a variety of low performance aircraft for a long long time. That's why there are 2 blade props known as "cruise props" and others known as "climb props." I think we'd all be interested in the data you might have to confirm your statement.

Generally speaking, while I am not an engineer, I think we may be confusing pure efficiency with performance. Generally, a 3-blade prop will provide less noise/vibration and slightly better climb performance than a 2-blade prop on the average, while it may be a knot or two slower in cruise and weigh a few pounds more. I believe that's why Tecnam offers the Astore and P2008 with 3-blade MT props rather than 2-blade.
As far as I know, most new and technically-advanced modern pistons with which the P2010 competes (e.g., C172, Piper Archer or Warrior) come with a 3-bladed, constant-speed prop. And I think buyers will expect that. The STC to do that would be very simple (especially after the new Part 23 rules come into effect). In fact, you might see companies like MT just going ahead and doing the STC themselves rather than Tecnam.
I would expect a 3-blade prop to be forthcoming as an option on the 2010 at some point soon.
Just one pilot's opinion ...
Cheers
