TECNAM APPOINTS NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
CAPUA – TECNAM has appointed Volodymyr Rizzitano as the new Customer Service Manager for TECNAM worldwide. Volodymyr Rizzitano will be responsible for all service activities, primarily maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving support to final customers and to the network of Tecnam Service Centers worldwide.
Volodymyr was born in Ukraine, in 1993. He moved to Italy where he graduated as Aeronautical Expert at Polotecnico Fermi Gadda. Passionate about aviation since a young age, he joined Tecnam’s Technical Support Department in 2014. From there, he became the Engineering Manager of Tecnam Maintenance Organization and subsequently Aircraft Delivery Manager building strong relationships with customers. He holds a PPL from Tecnam’s Flight Academy and speaks several languages including Russian, English, Italian, Ukrainian, and Polish.
“We want to serve our customers better; we want to exceed their expectations. I am sure that Volodymyr will excel in his new role and will ensure a tighter coordination of our service operations and meet our goals in terms of Customer Satisfaction”, says Giovanni Pascale, TECNAM Managing Director.
“I am so honoured to be stepping into this new role. It is exciting to work in a company like Tecnam that focuses on young talents and gives them the opportunity to build and apply their skills, reaching their full professional potential”, said Volodymyr Rizzitano.

Good to know! My new P2010 MkII is estimated to be ready for pickup the week of Feb 14. That will be six months from order date... I look forward to meeting all of those above.

Also worth noting from yesterday's call... they are expecting a delivery of 5 planes next week. Two P2010's, two, P2006's, and a P92 Echo MkII.

It appears that the Parts Department is now in Italy. During my annual, we had to order 2 parts and both times I called down to Sebring I was told to e-mail Italy. They were OK to deal with, but it did add more time to my annual waiting on overseas shipping.

They were OK to deal with, but it did add more time to my annual waiting on overseas shipping. Since the decision for them to notify italy first has been problems for us as a flight school. Most recently, one of the gear down indicator bulbs burnt out. It was one week to get a part number as the IPC does not indicate a number. Then another week to receive one from italy.

The first part I ordered (a $1,500 engine mount) had to be shipped to Sebring first and then to me in Atlanta. Sebring called me for a credit card number. The second part (a $31 stabilator bracket) was shipped directly to me from Italy; however, they would only accept PayPal or wire transfer. No credit card. Not sure what the difference was.
As a result, my annual took 4 weeks to complete.

As a result, my annual took 4 weeks to complete. Our gear light bulb was direct from italy and was the first time for Paypal or wire transfer. Not sure of the reasoning for this. I wish they would stock more parts in seabring tho. With pending delivery of P-Mentors for training. I cant have them sitting on the ramp waiting for parts from italy. I have send numerous inquires to see how they are going to handle this and they have gone unanswered.
