After 7 Solo flights in my new P2008 I am still in transition from 14 years of flying a Cirrus SR20.
It would be helpful if Target Speeds and RPM figures for different parts of the Circuit could be posted
so I can try and be more consistent?
Target Speed and RPM.
Downwind start and end.
Mid Base. Early final & distance from Runway?
Late Final.
Over the Threshold?
When and where is Stage 1 and Landing Flap lowered?
Thanks Lance

I'm by no means an expert on my (new to me) P208 with a 914. But almost all of my landings have been grease. Most of my landings have been RNAV approaches / but for pattern landings, I use downwind to get below 90. I try to be a bit under 90 by the numbers. I use the last part of downwind to get to 80, then 70 on base, and then 65 on final until I have the runway made and then just bleed off airspeed slowly and generally touchdown a hair under 55.
The power pull is BIG. I pull mine back to around 3200-3400 and see how that sets me up for final. Then pitch for airspeed and power for decent.
Two things to note. I'm at a controlled airfield, so I try to keep things moving. And both the runways are 8K feet...so I don't mind blowing 1K feet to burn off airspeed.

Mid-field downwind at pattern altitude: 70 kts about 3800RPM Abeam the touchdown point, reduce to idle and put in 1/3 flaps. Base turn 65 to 70 and 2/3 flaps Final 65kts, full flaps and 60 kts when field is made 60Kts over the fence and 50 to 55 at touch down.
Adjust glide with a bit of power as needed depending on weight and wind. This will work for a typical pattern and a short final. If you like a longer final, just cut power a little further, after you pass the end of the runway, and add a little power in once on final.
Pay attention to wind and avoid ANY tailwind on final, the plane loves to float with even a slight breeze. You can do slips with full flaps safely, if you are comfortable, once on final.

Gents, Thank you for above figures. They give me a good guide for Target Speeds.
Thanks again. Lance
