Working on buying P2008 914

I'm working on buying a 2008 with the 914 engine and wanted to read through the POH. What is the latest edition and revision of the P2008 TC manual, and is there a .pdf of the manual that I can download? I'd get one from Tecnam's site but you have to be an owner before they will let you login.

This one is pretty close. I have the 2023 edition I can email you if you PM me your email. That being said, the revisions are pretty minor from this 2017 edition.
