Makes sense. I'm no lawyer but if it does happen with Mosaic wouldn't it at least set the precedent for current owners to get their planes re-certified if they wanted to?
It’s all about the costs of FAA certifications.

My 2023 Tecnam P2008 has BEW of 414 Kg with 912iS Engine and Air Master Constant Speed Prop that gives 117 Kts
With 2 G3X.
MTOW of 600 kg.
Fuel capacity is 120L or 31.7 Gal.
