Which Tubes for 2023 P2008 for Air Hawk 5.00-5

I need to buy a Tube to fit my Air Hawk 5.00-5 spare tyre that I carry around to fix  a tyre problem in remote location.

I think the Michelin Airstop 500-5 TR67 Bent 90 Degrees  # 097-908-0

or from Aircraft Spruce          Leak Guard 500-5  Bent 90 Degree Stem TR67.   #06-00755

Will fit?

TR 67 denotes Stem Length.

I assume same tube can be used for nose wheel tire?

The Stem lengths  is critical as there are 4 stem lengths starting with TR15.

Can any body check a recent Tube purchase Invoice please  and advise correct Tube Part No?
