It says "first solo flight" on Youtube. Is that correct? He looked pretty calm, cool and collected. It is unnerving knowing that no one is there to bail you out if something goes wrong. No security blanket!

That is the Manifold pressure gauge. It goes red on takeoff when you go full turbo.
