Just some random pics from our hanger in Auburn Washington S50. A few miles South East of Seattle/Tacoma International. And of course I couldn't help but put a pic of my wife and first officer Yanhua.

I’m not familiar with that type of hangar construction. The back wall appears to be concrete and the others look fabricated steel. Does the door roll up? Oh, nice plane and really beautiful wife. Ed

Ed it used to be an open hanger. A couple of years ago they put in walls to divide it up and put on sliding doors. They did a crappy job so I guess the city is going to have it all redone. There is no insulation and the construction is not tight so there is no heat. All the units have monitored smoke detectors which I like, being a retired firefighter. The Auburn airport is a fairly nice place. Its under the SeaTac Bravo. About as secure a place as a small airport can be. The Pierce county airport about 5 mins from home has had a lot of trouble with break ins. Seems to be druggies as they are only taking tools and things that can be sold. I pay about 130 more a month than if I was at Pierce County but Auburn is run by a professional airport management company and seems to be better run. Thanks I like the plane. Its the only 2008 around here. My wife supports my flying which is real nice and she is a keeper.
