Hi All,
looking for for some ideas on my 2012 P-2008 for the 912 uls. Doing my final checks before take off..... Did my run up as usual, started, ran, RPM TO 4000, idle perfect. Switched to A mag extremely rough shaking the airplane, switched to B mag same results both had 300-350 rpm drop in RPM. Back to both mags Beautiful! Perfect idle, prefect throttle response absolutely ready for take off.
Repeated the process several times same results as above? Called Roger Lee checked all wiring just finshed the anual compression perfect all cylinders, New plugs gaped perfectly, reversed a&b mag No change same results? He was stumped, I also had my A&P go through it same results he was stumped as wellπ€

Hi Glenn,
Just got back from the hanger....... π― percent! Ops check good what an easy hard lesson! I did all the difficult trouble shooting first, when it was the most simple fix 3-4 cylinders were mixed up, I all need to do was read the numbers stamped into the intake manifold and verifying all plug wires corresponded π a wasted long day, but lesson learned.......
I also appreciate every one elseβs I puts as wellπ
