Engine Mounts

Hi All,

Getting ready for my five year rubber change. I also plan on replacing the engine mounts, if anyone knows where I can find the rubber engine mounts it would be most helpful😊
I contacted Tecnam in Sebring I believe they sent the wrong ones. I have returned them, Tecnam advised me to contact Lockwood Avation they are currently researching to find me the right rubber engine mounts. P-2008 model year 2012 serial number 051 

I am sure some of you have replaced yours? If so can you provide the part numbers and where I can purchase them...... Thanks in advance !😊

Well after a day of reasearch I called Joe at LockWood Aviation, he nformed me that Tecnam had the part, Tecnam says they do not carry this part? it’s unavailabel? I gave CPS in California a call and gave them The Tecnam part number 860690 well that part number has been changed to J-3608-1 they are $20.00 each X 8 and they have them in stock....... So I hope this info helps some of you. The above new part is what Tecnam sent....... Tecnam now knows which mount that the P-2008 uses now. 😊 Just in case anyone else decides to to change there rubber engine mounts......

Ray in Las Vegas😊 here! I sure will, we are all learning as we go....... I really figured with all the P-2008’s out there someone would have knowledge of this rubber mount? It makes sense if your doing your 5 year rubber replacement to change these as well. When I spoke to Joe at LockWood aviation he Highly recommended doing it, And has done several P-2008’s wish he was closer! I would have have him do the whole rubber change out😊 Hope this info helps you fellow pilots 🐾✈️😎👍🏻🇺🇸😊✅
