After three straight years of going to the Expo, I won't make it this year. The plane is stuck in the shop, and then relatives are coming to town this weekend.
Have fun, and I expect a full report!

Im at Sebring on a soggy Thursday morning waiting for the now official start at 11. I came down to see a bunch of LSAs in one location to help sort out a future direction. A big shout out to Mark Gregor who spent a lot of informative time with me yesterday showing me around the P2008 and Astore on display. Mark could not have been nicer, informative or generous with his time; good guy!

I met Mark at the Expo in 2016. I liked his knowledge and customer service approach so much, I bought a plane from him. You will not do any better than Mark, before, during, or after the sale.

I second the endorsement for Mark. I ended up not even buying a plane from him. (I purchased a nearly new, pre-owned P2008.) Despite that, Mark volunteered tons of advice during the transition. He’s a great ambassador for Tecnam!

Mark sold me a 2015 P2008 914 w/chute. Now my wife is on match.com. I’ll trade her for a 2019. 😁

I went to the show on Saturday. It was the first time I've attended this show and I'm very glad I went. It was cloudy and cold but there was a decent crowd there. I got to spend time with Shannon and Mark in the morning. Mark was leaving early for his long flight home in a beautiful P2008. They had a bunch of planes in the hangar and were drawing a lot of attention every time I walked by. I spent some time looking and sitting in the P2006T. What a great airplane! It's basically a Cessna 182 except with twin 912s. I want one but will need to save my pennies for a while. The P2010 is fantastic too. The quality of the Tecnam planes is superior to almost anything else I saw at the show.
I went to a Rotax seminar presented by Phil Lockwood. Phil, Dean and others were in the Rotax tent most of the day taking questions and just chatting. I got some great info and a great refresher on engine maintenance.
There were many other interesting and informative seminars all day long. They had 4 forum tents plus a main tent that were running all day. Lots of good stuff going on.
Finally, I have to say that they had some great food available. They did a good job with the food trucks plus the FBO restaurant is one of the better ones around.
All in all a very good show and I'll be back next year.

Thanks for the report Tony. The P2006T is a fun plane. I rode with Shannon in a P2006T from Sebring to Tampa for the AOPA fly in a year ago. If I was going to buy a twin, that would be the one.
