Looks like a nice version like a couple of similar quick drains. I burn mostly 100LL and I drain and replace the oil every 25 hrs using a quick drain. No mess and it takes very little time. Ar 50 hrs I drain, pull and clean the tank and change the oil filter. A short length of hose from the drain to a container empties the tank with no spills. The use of a quick drain is not blessed by Rotax.

I’ve been using one for three years. It must be installed with an extension or the plunger will hit the baffle in the bottom of the oil tank. Earlier tanks didn’t have this problem. My plane is a 2014 P2008 so I know any plane made after mine will need the extension. I got mine from Leading Edge Airfoils. Lockwood probably has both also. Ed
