Anyone planning to attend Mt. Vernon?
Officially "plane less" as of August 19  . 49C now back with the previous owner so I'm exploring options.
50/50 on being able to attend- will probably drive from KC (5 hours) on Friday as I'm not fully checked out in the local rental (day vfr only for now)- ah the hassles of rental and instructor availability...
Looks like Tecnam has representation so I'll check in on the booth if I make it over....

Well, timing is everything. Tuesday morning my wife called me at work with "that voice" and needing me to come home. 2 hours of ER time to rule out stroke or other head event with the final diagnosis being a severe case of vertigo. A naggy thing as it comes on randomly and with varying intensity. She's better but still essentially "grounded" at home so I'm going to miss the show.
Thanks for the offer Mark- very thoughtful and generous.
