This is what happens when the previously owner replaces the fairing and the mechanic forgets to install the doodad that limits the range of the wheel. Mine is able to rotate 360 degrees.

NO ES MUY BUENO!! Sorry to see that David. The last Condition Inspection should have caught that if he was familair with the P2008. |

Im pretty sure it happened during taxi. If the front wheel got twisted far enough. ..the fairing didnt have a chance. Keep in mind that this is the older style (2014)...I think tecnam has improved the design. Replacement cost $500 and I have a friend who owns a body shop who will paint it for me. FYI...the color codes are under the passenger seat...mine is mazda red 27. Doodad on order..havent seen it yet.

The newer design has a stop above the wheel pants. Is that the doodad you're missing?  |

Thanks for the offer Jim...but a new one was ordered several weeks ago. Unless it is red...because I still have to have it painted...but I'm guessing yours is blue.
