Sharing what I use for my 914 P2008. Love to hear what others do.
Takeoff and first five minutes Full turbo power, backing off a touch to 39.5 inches to avoid red alert
Cruise climb 35 inches. (I used inches, rather than rpm, since rpms depend on prop pitch)
Cruise 30-35 inches, depending on whether I want speed or economy
Cruise descent 24-26 inches
Pattern entry Here I switch my power reference from MAP inches to KIAS Starting the 45 entry at KWVI, I'm around 100, easing back to 80 on downwind
Pattern Downwind 80 Base 70 Final 60
Over pavement Depending on weight and crosswind, generally 52-55, slowing as needed for landing
My total time in the P2008 is <30 hours, so please alert me to any flaws in my procedures.

Your numbers look good. Try to avoid any tailwind landings and if you accept a tailwind, expect a surprisingly long float. Give it a try with a touch and go if you get a chance. You can aggressively slip on final, with full flaps, if you need to get down, or just go around if that's more comfortable.

I have over 1000 hrs on my P2008 and fly almost the same numbers as you except I pull back to 35” after I establish a climb on takeoff. Ed
