Hi Remlap,
Have not had the radiator hose burn through…… Hope you made it down safely! Is the airplane still under warranty? If so contact Josh, he will probably ask you for numerous pictures, but the best thing after you speak with him would be to send him the damaged radiator hose and have them manufacture a new one for you. I hope they do warranty it for you please let me know if they do……..
I had a similar issue my oil return line burned through and by the grace of God ( I DID LOSE OIL PRESSURE BUT WAS ABLE TO SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE SECONDS AFTER LANDING ) I was on final approach to land. My airplane is still under full factory warranty. They would not warranty the oil line because Tecnam (80 hours on the airplane ) thought I strapped the line directly to the exhaust manifold…….. But they said in the interest of good customer relations they would send me a new oil line and they did….. It required 8 hours of labor as stated previously Tecanm does not consider this a warranty issue. My A& P charged me $750.00 and it took another 5 hours to clean the oil mess from the engine area and fuselage…….Not a fun experience……
Ray & Lucy 👍🏻✅⭐️✈️😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July!to you and your😊🇺🇸

Yes Mark Gregor contacted me and said he saw one other that had hoses piped like mine and must be moved. As Mark always does he have me contacts to call to get it resolved. So big holiday weekend of traveling didn't happen. But I didn't burn up and engine or worse!
