Anyone ever had one of these crack? Are they easy to replace? Do I have to pull the panel? As you can see if you zoom in, it no longer sits flat when in the off position.

View AttachmentHi Flocker, ‘’This is a new one for us? Have you contacted Sebring yet ? To see if they have the switch in stock and the job card on the procedures for removal and replacement? When I did the ADSB in & out on my previous P-2008 they looked pretty straight forward to get to and replace…… please keep us in the loop on what you find out…….. Ray & Lucy ✅👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🍀👌☀️😊

Haven't called Sebring yet. That's my next step. They sell something similar on Aircraft Spruce and it looks like there is a puller for the switch so you don't have to remove the panel. I'll keep the group posted.

I know this is kind of an old post but I'll put this here anyhow: Can you give a link to the tool you mentioned at Spruce? I looked for every variation of "Switch tool," I could think of and nothing.
In case you're still struggling with this:
From experience without the tool: If you need to remove these, they are a pain. You don't need to remove the panel the switch is in; the switches are a push in design with little plastic teeth at each corner that collapse as they are pushed in and expand after the switch is pushed in so far. With a friend is easier, but use a small screwdriver or something or other and reach behind the panel and push up on the bottom "Teeth," of the switch while pulling out. The bottom will move out a little, then do the same to the top. Be careful not to allow the lower part of the switch to slide back into the panel or you'll start over at the beginning. Keep alternating, pulling one side out a notch then the other and you'll get it.
This switch here is not your exact switch but very close in design. At the top, you can see the little plastic teeth I'm talking about, to give you somewhat of an idea.
