Good post. I wonder why it either doesn’t apply to Tecnam or the FAA declined to add Tecnam to the list.

I've read it a few times. At Garmin's request, the FAA removed some planes that do not have the unsafe condition. Among those models removed is the Tecnam P2006T. My guess (and it's a big guess) is those planes either don't have the GEA24 installed or don't have the 1K ohm resistor that provides lightning protection.
The FAA included some background information. A fuel tank indicating 4 gallons remaining when the fuel tank could be empty and that the issue includes temperatures different from when the calibration was done.

I frequently dip the tanks and check against what the FADEC shows. It's been spot on since day 1.
