All,
I have decided to sell my P2008. Don't get me wrong: I love the plane and have enjoyed every minute flying it. But, we're at a place in our lives where we're no longer getting a lot of utility out of aircraft ownership. Our older son moved to Sweden last year (he fell in love while playing baseball in Europe), we're traveling more and involved in multiple businesses. So much for semi-retirement....
I'm currently waiting for approval on my Controller ad, but I wanted this group to be the first to know. The aircraft is one of a kind--equipped and approved for IFR with an E-LSA registration. If you need that capability, this could be a rare deal. I have hangared and meticulously maintained the plane. It has the recovery chute that apparently is no longer offered. It also has a fresh (March) annual. 457 TT hours and asking $179.9k
There's no known accident history, and I'm aware of only one current squawk. The fuel PSI intermittently flashes high. I have been or asked EVERYWHERE trying to troubleshoot that: Midwest Panels, SouthTEC, Leading Edge Airfoils, the folks in Sebring. For the most part, they have concluded that it's electrical interference, not a real indication. I believe there are others on this forum who've seen the same behavior and decided just to live with it.
Below is a condensed version of the Controller listing. Let me know if you know of anyone who may be interested. I'll post the link once the ad is up.
