Hi Mike,
Yes, I did I was getting some erroneous reading in flt. I traced it back to the molex connector. One on the pins had backed out of the connector its self……. I replaced the pin made sure the connector was tightly secured problem solved. I did order a new oil sensor, but sent it back.

If those connectors break contact you will get high temp readings or they will rapidly go up and then back down. I had it happen so often that I took the connector out of the system and used a good German connector.

Great Idea! I did the repair on my connect after 120 hours its still perfect 👍🏻 But if it does fail again I will use your method 😊

Thank you for everyone’s input. Sure enough—sensor wire bad connection at the junction box. Easy-peasey fix for my AnP after he read your posts. dePlane now just waits on some better weather.

I had the same problem in my P2002 MKII after 400 hours. problem solved by soldering the pins to the sensor wires.
ED what kind of German connector did you use?
