My P2008 LSA was delivered on Feb22 and has a total of 80hrs. Last 2 months I’ve seen a stain of fuel on rt.wing root so I open the cover then found some loosening of fuel line i did re-torque it already and seem to be ok. Now the stain .has occurred again but the fitting of fuel line are still be properly fitted. I have no idea where ‘s the leakage come from? Does anyone has the same issue?

Could you post a pic of the location? I had a similar issue and it ended up being a broken fuel vent line. It eventually happened on both sides.

I'm from the back of the class and can't actually see the staining you're talking about in the pictures BUT, is it possible it's coming from some "Working," or smoking rivets that go into the wet wing of your plane?
The area circled in the pictures is obviously not from the wet part of the wing so maybe I'm way off base here; BUT I've been seeing a few of our flight school's planes getting some seepage from rivets that were clearly driven wet (with sealant applied when the rivets were driven) and the sealant has failed. All of them have been adjacent to the sumps, which is near where you've circled in the pictures.
If your seep/stain is from a rivet it may be prudent to just deal with it as that repair will be quite involved.
After reading your post again, however, it seems like this should absolutely be a warranty claim.
