STRIPPED SCREWS !!!!!

      I bought a new plane last year and have had a few messed up screws on inspection plates that a screwdriver couldn't get out without striping the head, and one on the wheel pants. I have a NO SCREW GUN rule that I enforce at all annuals as they use way too much torque for this reason. What's your method of removing screws or fasteners that wont come out? I heard about this tool and I can tell you its Magic and works better then advertised. Just a pirep for someone who has screw problems that aren't in his head.!!!!

Search the Forum. There are 2 types of screws on the wings.

Thats awesome! We used a similar tool while I was working on the F-16 C/D models thats a great post for the forum……..
