p2008 nose leg axis angle

Good day to everyone. 

Big thing to ask but it would be huge help for me. Currently welding my front leg and big big question is what is the angle on the rotation axis. My old leg is absolutely  damaged and broken so no chance to measure it. As far as I can see on the outsource pictures axis is leaning forward a bit.  And I don't have any plane around me to measure. In case you don't have wheel cover it should be fairly easy to measure that angle with your cell phone and any level app. Would really appreciate that information.
