Do I need leak test for Pitot and static port every 100hours

I read in AMM for ATA34, Requiring for Pitot and Static system: check static ports for condition and operation every 100 hours maintainance (as picture below). My question is Do we need to perform leak test when checking operation?
In my opinion, leak test should be performed when we replace pitot, staitc ports, tube or calibrate airspeed indicator, altimeter every 24 momths but I am not sure that checking operation should be done by leak test every 100h?. Anyone help me and show me what kind of vaccum pressure generator to perform this task? (type, model, part number...). Thanks a lot

Yes, that page is from my manual. Operation check required to perform every 100 hours. I am A&P and my opinion we do not need leak test every 100hours, I think operation test is simply we power on system and confirm that is good signal, good indicating... and not leak test system. But some of my colleague they said that following the manual is leak test must be carried out. Same your answer. That's why I need some of your experience. Tks again
