I’ve owned a 172SP, T182T, A36 and 2006 SR-22 NA. Loved each one. None was more fun to hand-fly than the Tecnam P2008 … very DA40-like in its control harmony. Easy to land. Amazing viz. Most stable LSA in turbulence.

Three-blade prop is set for fastest cruising speed (since the turbo 914 takes care of the climb). Cruises 126-130 ktas on < 6 gph at 30.5 MAP.

Extras include: 914 turbo engine, Garmin G3X touch screens, ballistic parachute, Ross Robillard paint, custom seats.

I'm pretty much hanging up my Bose headsets. Have had a wonderful voyage, starting in 1999 and owning, along the way, a 172SP, T182T, A36, SR22 and P2008/914.

We have a weekend house in Santa Cruz, and the P2008 was based in Watsonville. It was a perfect setup for semi-retirement flying, up and down the California central coast and into the Sierra foothills. But then work and business travel got unexpectedly busy again. It was harder to get to Santa Cruz/Watsonville and when we did, other things took priority.

Whoever buys 343X will get a great P2008, with all the goodies included and the new-plane gremlins shook out.
