Has anyone purchased or sold a used P2008 within the last 12 months and are willing to share the sale price? The Taxing Authority in the County in which I recently moved is trying to come up with a value on my P2008 for tax purposes. They currently use a program that does not have a P2008 in it. They threw a dart at a board and came up with a FMV of $342K. I'd sell it tomorrow if I could get that for it! Just looking for a recent sale comp to provide them.
