Have any of you guys been seeing this?
We have a training fleet which includes several 2010s and over half of them have had the prop removed for IRAN due to leakage that has gotten worse over time. MT Props says "Oh, it's fine! As long as they don't leak ALL the grease out, keep 'em in service!" It's gotten bad enough, though, that after an hour of flight time, we'll have to clean the windscreen to safely operate! It's typically been starting from 200-500 hours. Our newer planes, 2022 and 2023 models haven't started yet (between 100 and 300 hours on them), so maybe this has been fixed at the factory now but I'd like to see if any of you guys are dealing with it and if you've decided to take any action or just keep cleaning cowls.
Attached pictures are just the most recently discovered and not nearly as bad as some of the previous. This one was sent out for IRAN last week.

Haven't seen that in my 2022 P2010 (s/n 156), knock on wood! What is the highest s/n of one of your 2010 experiencing this problem?

Very low 100s is the highest it's gotten bad on, but I'm starting to see a very minor seep on one in the mid 160s, which just got pulled apart for a 100 hour inspection today.

I have s/n 028 with constant speed prop. I have had the problem and don't remember the hours when it started but early on, I noticed some oil. Initially I was told that it was not enough to be concerned about. It got MUCH WORSE and the prop was over hauled by a local shop. Within a year and about 150 hours the problem was returning -- not near as bad as before overhaul, but still enough I was cleaning around the spinner after flights. My local shop suggested that the prop get sent to MT so that is what was done. MT replaced some seals and said it was fine. So far, it seems to be. That was 3 years and about 400 hours ago and the problem has not returned.
