How do you all service the front end to get the nose gear off the ground? Was thinking of an I bolt drilled in the concrete under the tail and then a strap of which of some kind.

What service are you doing? Tire change? Buy a few sand bags and stick 'em on your stab and put a padded step stool under the tail. You'll use those weighted bags again if you fly enough to be changing a NLG tire, and it's cheaper than paying an A&P to do it!
If you're just checking the NLG turning torque, just have a friend grab her just forward of the upright and pull down. It'll only take a minute to measure how tight that friction is and correct it.
Oh yeah, UNLESS it has one of the newer NLG units that has the strange "Spider washer," locking units on that bottom nut...if you have to change the torque on that nut AND it has that weird locking...washer/shaft/whatever thing...that'll take some time, a hammer and punch and some patience; and "Oh, by the way," Tecnam wants you to use a new locking washer every time you have to adjust the torque there. Which is a PITA requiring you to almost pull the fork off of the strut just for the adjustment and return to service.
Good luck! Post pictures, because we like 'em!!
Don't forget that logbook entry.

Hi Ronnin, That is exactly right! I drilled a whole in the concrete floor of my hanger installed a concrete anchor and eye bolt and use a small cargo strap works perfectly. I have mine set so the nose wheel sits just a few inches above the hanger floor so you can do any maintenance neededππΊπΈβοΈβ
Home Depot has everything you needπ Ray & Lucy β
